1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VibeHackers.AI governing your access to and use of the vibehackers.ai website, platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use our Services.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant VibeHackers.AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it in connection with our Services. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights, is accurate, and complies with our content standards (no false information, spam, malware, harassment, IP infringement, or illegal activity).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or scrapers without consent, manipulate metrics, impersonate others, or interfere with platform performance.

6. Listings and Third-Party Content

Listings are user-submitted and do not represent our endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party links or content. Conduct your own due diligence before using any listed software.

7. Intellectual Property

Our content (excluding User Content) is owned by or licensed to us. If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEHACKERS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeHackers.AI from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of our Services.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Rights and licenses cease upon termination; survival clauses remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, on an individual basis (no class actions). Claims must be brought within one (1) year of accrual.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeHackers.AI. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
